Best bird in Mirador Valle del General, easily observable during the day, sometimes visit the dining room, have been observed nests arround our building, is very accessible to take pictures. Its size is 15 centimeters and weights 35 g, is rubust, showy color, yellow and thick peak. Prefer the very humid forest and the uncleared land, introduce the peak in the rolled leaf while sustain with the legs to take out the insects and spiders, catch insects in the surface, also fruits like a guava and banana. Usually is alone or in couple, few times in groups.
